Naturally it's different for each of our products. 

• Table Olives – 2 years in the bottle on the shelf. 6 months in the fridge after opening. Ensure brine is left in the bottle/bulk bag until empty of olives. If in a bulk bag remove the olives you need, retain all the brine, remove as much air as possible, double zip lock seal and refrigerate. It’s natural sometimes that there may be a small amount of yeast develop on the top of the brine after some time post opening. That is OK. Just remove this and reseal.
• Pure Olive Paste – 1 year in the bottle on the shelf. 2-3 months once opened in the fridge. Once opened there may be some ‘browning’ on the surface of the paste. This is entirely natural oxygenation, exactly the same as when a piece of fruit is cut and exposed to the air. You can smooth the top of the remaining paste and drizzle a ‘very small’ amount of olive oil on the surface to seal it from the air if you wish.
• Chai Tea. To ensure maximum ‘freshness’ we suggest that you use it within 12 months, even though the ingredients will last for years.
